Carrington Optometry is proud to partner with Eyesafe™, Alberta’s largest workplace eye safety program! This program provides eyewear to employees who need a prescription and work in a field that requires specific, mandatory eye protection. With Eyesafe™, employers save on costs, and workers get safety eyewear that is industry-compliant and built to include their prescription.

Getting Your Eyesafe™ Eyewear at Carrington Optometry

1. Schedule an eye exam at our Calgary clinic. If it’s been over a year since your last exam, you’ll need a new one!
2. Browse from approved Eyesafe™ frames, or be fitted for the Eyesafe™ frames required by your industry.
3. Have a fitting to ensure they suit your needs, then leave them with us.
4. Enjoy your glasses once they’re ready to be picked up! Don’t worry, we’ll call to let you know.
5. Call us if you need them adjusted after the initial fitting at pick-up. We’ll be happy to adjust as needed so you are comfortable at work.
